Rentsyst is international software billed per vehicle once you pass 15 vehicles; Corsiva OS is French software, built by a rental operator and sold at a flat fee whatever the size of the fleet. Rentsyst and Corsiva OS at a glance
Rentsyst, published by RentSyst Ltd, targets car rental, long-term leasing and car sharing, with versions for boats, RVs, trucks and heavy machinery. Almost every feature is included in every plan: it is the number of vehicles that drives the price.
Corsiva OS is built for rental companies of every size, from independent agencies to premium fleets, including fleets managed on behalf of their owners. The price depends on the plan (Lite, Business, Ultra), not on the fleet. The interface is available in French, English, German, Spanish and Italian. The software runs every day at Corsiva's own rental sites in Chambéry, Aix-les-Bains, Annecy and Courchevel, in the French Alps.

Up to roughly 40 vehicles, Rentsyst costs less than Corsiva OS Business; beyond that, the gap reverses. The scope differs: Rentsyst includes brokers and long-term rental, Corsiva OS Business includes owner management (the Fleet desk), the referral portal and the card hold for deposits. The calculator on the Rentsyst page also shows higher amounts than the price list (€63.25 a month for 1 to 15 vehicles), so ask for a written quote. What Corsiva OS does differently
- A price that ignores fleet size: adding vehicles never changes the subscription, even in peak season.
- Owner-managed fleets built in: owner accounts, statements and automatic revenue sharing for owner-managed vehicles, plus a referral partner portal. See our guide to car rental fleet management.
- Deposits without a card terminal: a Stripe card hold, blocked but never charged, released in one click on return.
- Locked-down handovers: keys cannot be released until payment, deposit, documents and contract are all validated.

- An advisor 7 days a week, on the phone from 9am to 6pm Paris time, weekends included, in English or French.
When Rentsyst is the better fit
Corsiva OS does not do everything. Rentsyst will suit you better if:
- you sell through brokers and comparison sites: Rentsyst includes OTA connections, Corsiva OS does not offer them yet;
- your vehicles carry GPS trackers: Rentsyst integrates telematics (location, fuel, remote controls), Corsiva OS does not;
- you run long-term leasing, or rent boats, trucks or machinery;
- you run fewer than 15 vehicles on a tight budget: at €55 a month, Rentsyst costs less than Corsiva OS Business;
- you work in many languages, or need API access and Peppol e-invoicing, which Rentsyst lists on every plan.

Switching from Rentsyst to Corsiva OS
Rentsyst lists data export on every plan. At Corsiva OS, migrating your data is free when you subscribe, and your advisor handles it. You work for a month on the full Business plan, with no vehicle limit, then choose Lite, Business or Ultra, with or without commitment.

What is the main difference between Rentsyst and Corsiva OS?
