Is the concierge module included in my subscription?
Yes, from the Business plan (€98 a month excl. VAT with a one-year commitment, €117 with no commitment) and in Ultra. On Lite, it is a €19 a month add-on, excl. VAT. You switch the module on in the OS settings.
How is the owner’s share calculated?
Car by car, you choose a percentage or a fixed amount per rental package (24 hours, weekend, 72 hours, week). The percentage applies to the rental price only, without add-ons, delivery or extra drivers. The share is locked when the rental is closed; a share you agree by hand stays as it is.
What does the owner see in their portal?
Their cars, rentals, calendar, earnings, rates and profile. They answer requests, block dates, report damage and upload their bank details. They log in through a personal link you send them.
Private or business owner: what changes?
The amount paid out is the same. For a business owner it is shown including VAT, and an invoice request goes out by email at the end of the rental; they upload their invoice in their portal. A private owner is paid without an invoice.
Can I run my own cars and owners’ cars together?
Yes. They share the same planner, bookings and condition reports. Only owners’ cars carry an owner share and a payout.
