Are prices excl. or incl. VAT?

All prices are shown excl. VAT (before tax). The 20 % VAT is recoverable for businesses. An NF525-certified invoice is issued automatically.

What is the commitment period?

The minimum commitment is 6 months. The 1-year commitment unlocks −18 % off the monthly price and free data migration. A no-commitment plan is also available (99 / 199 / 299 €/mo excl. VAT), cancellable at any time.

How do the à-la-carte options work?

The options (concierge, NF525, referral program, client accounts, white-label…) are added on top of the Lite plan. Some are already included from Business, and all of them are included in Ultra — you never pay for them twice. The builder above calculates your total live.

What happens if I add vehicles?

Nothing on your bill. The subscription price is fixed regardless of the number of vehicles or your revenue — no commission, no tiers.

How does payment work?

Payment is processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, 3-D Secure). No card data is stored by Corsiva. Setup is handled with your advisor at the time of subscription.

Can I migrate from my current tool?

Yes. Migrating your data from your current tool is free with any 1-year subscription. Your advisor handles the transfer.

Is there a trial period?

1 month of OS Business is free on subscription. And before you decide, an advisor gives you a live demo on your real-world cases.
