Are prices excl. or incl. VAT?

All prices are shown excl. VAT (excl. VAT). The 20% VAT is recoverable for professionals. An invoice is issued automatically, numbered in a continuous sequence.

What is the commitment period?

The commitment runs for 1 year, with −16 % off the subscription (billed monthly), or no commitment at the full rate. Prices — Lite, Business, Ultra — are indicative. Migrating your data is free when you subscribe.

How do the à la carte add-ons work?

The add-ons (Stripe payments, automatic emails, concierge, white-label, booking website) are added to the Lite plan. Many are already included from Business onward, and everything is included in Ultra — you never pay twice. The builder above calculates your total live.

What happens if I add vehicles?

Nothing on your bill. The subscription price is fixed regardless of the number of vehicles or your revenue — no commission, no tiers.

How does payment work?

Payment is processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, 3-D Secure). No card data is stored by Corsiva. Setup is handled with your advisor when you subscribe.

Can I migrate from my current tool?

Yes. Migrating your data from your current tool is free when you subscribe. Your advisor handles the transfer.

Is there a trial period?

1 month of OS Business is free when you subscribe. And before you decide, an advisor gives you a live demo on your real cases.
